Liposuction, combined with your existing diet and exercise routine, might be the best next step to help you achieve your body goals…
Liposuction, often referred to as lipo, is a procedure specifically suited to removing those localized pockets of stubborn fat to shape and contour them to match the rest of your body.
These stubborn fat deposits often will not go away on their own so liposuction is a very effective way to target them directly.
The procedure starts with anesthesia, then I inject a special liquid solution into the targeted area, and lastly I insert a hollow tube called a cannula through small incisions to suction out fat cells.
Contrary to common misconceptions, liposuction is NOT weight loss surgery. It doesn’t address obesity or significantly reduce body weight. Its primary purpose is targeting specific areas on your body and removing the stubborn pockets of fat in them. This is why we call it contouring.
It’s not a replacement for your existing diet and exercise routine, but rather a tool we can use to help you achieve your desired body.
The patients I’ve helped actually enjoy dieting and exercising even more after liposuction because it no longer feels like they are stuck trying to make progress without results.
If you continue to diet and exercise but still see stubborn areas of fat, I think liposuction would be a great fit. I filmed a more detailed walkthrough of the entire liposuction process, check it out…
