but first, Can You Relate To Our Patients?
“I’ve always felt my breasts were too small for my frame. I want a fuller, more natural look that is proportionate to my body.”
“After kids and breastfeeding, my breasts lost volume and shape. I’d love to restore–or even improve them–without looking over-the-top.”
“I’ve never been happy with how my breasts look in clothes, especially in tank tops and swimsuits. I want a balanced chest that looks great in any top.”

How A Breast augmentation Works
- Implants Vs. Fat Transfer
- Your Consultation
- Your Surgery
- Your Recovery
The size and shape of your breasts are primarily determined by genetics, which may result in naturally small, asymmetrical, or less voluminous breasts that feel disproportionate to your frame.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or significant weight loss can stretch breast tissue, leaving them deflated or sagging as skin and volume diminish.
Aging and hormonal changes further reduce firmness and fullness over time.
A breast augmentation restores volume and symmetry with implants or fat transfer for a natural, balanced look. Here’s how both work…
Implants are medical-grade devices filled with either silicone gel or saline (sterile saltwater) that are surgically placed to enhance breast size and shape.
Silicone implants feel more like natural breast tissue, while saline implants are filled after placement for smaller incisions.
PROS: More predictable control over size, shape, and projection. Available in various sizes, shapes (round or teardrop), and textures.
CONS: Requires a slightly longer recovery than fat transfer. The possibility of shifting, moving, and puncture may require replacement or maintenance over time.
Fat transfer involves liposuction to remove fat from areas like your abdomen or thighs, which is then purified and injected into your breasts to enhance volume and shape. This method uses your body’s own tissue for a natural look and feel.
PROS: The most natural looking and feeling option because it uses your own fat. Dual benefit of both breast enhancement and liposuction. Smaller incisions and scars. Lower risk of rejection because it’s your own tissue being injected.
CONS: Less predictable volume, shape, and take. Some fat may be reabsorbed into your body which causes lost volume in the future. May require multiple sessions for your desired size, shape, and projection. Must have some donor fat available.
Part One: your Consultation
Your breast augmentation journey starts with a consultation that’s all about you—your body, your goals, and the best path to achieve them.
Both implants and fat transfer offer unique benefits, and the right choice depends on your goals, body type, and preferences.
During your one-hour consultation, we’ll dive deep into what you want to achieve. Whether you’re dreaming of a subtle enhancement or a more dramatic transformation, we’ll discuss…
What do you want in size? We’ll discuss all options that will fit for your frame including a simple natural boost to a more complex fuller look.
Projection is how much your breasts will extend out. How much do you want? We will tailor this to your desired silhouette.
Feel determines how soft, natural, or firm you’d like them.
Based on the size, projection, and feel you want we’ll compare implants and fat transfer to determine which will give you the best results.
IMPLANTS: Choose between silicone (mimics natural breast tissue for a soft feel) or saline (adjustable volume with smaller incisions). We’ll cover placement options and surgical techniques to ensure you get the best results possible.
FAT TRANSFER: Using your own fat from areas like your abdomen or thighs, I sculpt your breasts while contouring another part of your body. We’ll assess donor sites and discuss realistic volume increases.
To bring your vision to life, I use state-of-the-art 3D imaging to model potential outcomes, letting you visualize how different sizes and shapes will look on your body.
We may also use specialized bras to help you “try on” your options, giving you confidence in your decision. My goal is to make you feel informed, empowered, and excited before making any decision.
By the end of your consultation, you’ll have a clear, personalized plan designed to deliver the most natural results you want.
Part two: your Surgery
Breast augmentation surgery is a carefully planned procedure designed to deliver the results you envisioned during your consultation. Whether you choose implants or fat transfer, me and my team use advanced techniques to ensure safety, symmetry, and a natural outcome. Here’s what the process looks like for each option…
Implant-based augmentation typically takes 2–3 hours and is performed under general anesthesia for your comfort. Incision options include...
INFRAMAMMARY: Under the breast fold (most common, easily hidden).
PERIAREOLAR: Around the edge of the areola (blends with natural pigmentation).
TRANSAXILLARY: In the armpit (no scars on the breast).
The procedure begins with small, strategically placed incisions, chosen during your consultation to minimize visible scarring.
Once the incisions are made, I create a precise pocket for the implant, either under the chest muscle (submuscular) or over it (subglandular), based on what we determined is best for your body and goals.
Your implants—silicone or saline—are then carefully placed and adjusted to ensure symmetry, proportion, and a natural look.
Throughout the procedure, me and my team use specialized tools to measure and confirm balance.
Me and my team follow strict safety protocols, including advanced monitoring and sterile techniques, to minimize risks.
Fat transfer augmentation, also performed under general anesthesia, takes 3–4 hours due to its two-stage process.
STAGE 1: Fat Harvesting - Using gentle liposuction, I remove fat from donor sites you chose beforehand like your abdomen, thighs, or flanks. This fat is then purified to isolate healthy, viable cells for transfer.
STAGE 2: Fat Injection - I meticulously inject the processed fat cells into your breasts, layer by layer, to create smooth, natural contours. I carefully sculpt your new breasts to achieve the desired volume, shape, symmetry, and proportions.
Because fat transfer relies on your own tissue, there’s no risk of rejection, and incisions are tiny (less than a quarter-inch), for the most minimal scarring.
The dual benefit of body contouring and breast enhancement makes this a popular choice for patients seeking subtle, natural results.
Liposuction and fat injection are performed with precision using advanced technology to protect surrounding tissues.
Me and my team follow strict safety protocols, including advanced monitoring and sterile techniques, to minimize risks.
Part three: your recovery
Heading home after surgery
You’ll go home the same day with a custom aftercare kit, including a supportive bra, pain medication, and easy incision-care instructions. Rest and relax—your body’s already starting to heal.
Days 2-3: Take it easy
Rest is key. Avoid arm movements like lifting, reaching, or stretching. Mild discomfort is normal, managed with prescribed medication. We’ll check in to ensure you’re on track.
Days 4–7: Swelling Peaks, Then Eases
Swelling and tightness are at their peak but start to subside. You may feel ready for light activities like walking. Keep wearing your support bra for comfort and stability.
Weeks 1–2: Back to Basics
Most patients return to non-strenuous routines like work and errands within 7–10 days. Avoid heavy lifting or vigorous movement. Incisions begin healing, and bruising fades.
Weeks 3–4: Feeling Like You
Swelling continues to decrease, and your breasts start to feel more natural. You can resume most daily activities but hold off on intense exercise or heavy lifting.
Weeks 6–8: Ready for More
With our approval, ease back into exercise and strenuous activities. Implants begin settling, and fat transfer results stabilize as some fat naturally absorbs.
Months 3–6: Final Results Shine
Implants settle into their permanent shape, softening for a natural look. Fat transfer results fully stabilize, revealing your enhanced contours. Scars have entirely faded by month 6.

Most Natural Breast Augmentation
One of the top concerns my patients have when considering a breast augmentation is how natural the final outcome will look. Here’s how I ensure that happens…
Customized to Your Unique Build
No two bodies are alike, so I tailor every augmentation to your frame, proportions, and goals. During your consultation, we assess your chest width, shoulder structure, and existing breast tissue to select the ideal implant size, shape (round or teardrop), and projection—or the perfect fat transfer volume.
For implants, we often recommend moderate-profile options for a balanced look. For fat transfer, we sculpt subtle enhancements that move naturally with your body.
This personalized approach ensures your results complement your figure, not overwhelm it.
Advanced Implant Selection & Placement
To mimic natural breast tissue, we prioritize silicone implants for their soft, realistic feel or carefully placed saline implants for smaller incisions. Teardrop-shaped implants can create a gentle slope, mimicking natural breast contours.
We also choose the optimal placement—often under the muscle (submuscular)—to soften edges and reduce visible implant outlines. Me and my team use precise techniques to ensure symmetry and a smooth transition between your natural tissue and the implant.
Natural Fat Transfer Techniques
For patients choosing fat transfer, I use micro-injection methods to layer fat in small amount to create smooth, organic contours that blend with your existing breast tissue. By harvesting fat from areas like your abdomen or thighs, we enhance your breasts while contouring your body. My techniques minimize fat reabsorption to ensure long-lasting, subtle results.
Minimizing Scars
Visible scars will make results feel less natural, so I take every step to keep them discreet. I use small, strategically placed incisions (such as under your breast fold or around your areola) that blend with your skin’s natural lines.
During surgery, I employ meticulous closure techniques to promote clean healing.
Post-operatively, we provide scar management guidance, including silicone gels, massage, and sun protection, to help scars fade significantly within 6–12 months.
For fat transfer, tiny incisions (less than a quarter-inch) are nearly invisible.
Precision During Surgery
I use advanced tools, like intraoperative sizers for implants, to fine-tune size and symmetry during the procedure. For fat transfer, I carefully monitor injection volumes to avoid overfilling, which can look unnatural. Real-time adjustments ensure your breasts look balanced and proportional from every angle, with a natural bounce and movement.
Post-Surgery Support for Optimal Healing
Natural results depend on proper healing. We provide a tailored recovery plan, including a supportive bra to stabilize implants or maintain fat transfer contours. We guide you on avoiding strenuous activities early on to prevent shifting or swelling that could affect shape. Follow-up visits allow us to monitor your progress and ensure your breasts settle into a soft, natural position.
Setting Realistic Expectations
We believe honesty creates the best outcomes. During your consultation, I’ll use 3D imaging to preview how your results will look on your body, helping you choose options that align with a natural aesthetic.
For fat transfer patients, I explain that some fat (30–50%) may absorb, and we plan accordingly to achieve stable, natural volume. By aligning expectations with achievable results, I ensure you love your final look!
